Orders and Delivery

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery options and costs are shown in your basket during checkout. Our Partners use their own delivery services, so prices and delivery times may vary.

I have not received my order yet, what can I do ?

If you have received a tracking link or notification from a delivery service (courier company) about your order you may track the order directly with the delivery service. If you have not received a notification and the expected delivery time has lapsed please contact us to check where your order is.

When will I receive my item(s) and how can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed on Dayrize you will receive confirmation of your order, this will include an estimated delivery time. Once our partners have dispatched your order you will receive a tracking number and depending on the delivery service a delivery date will be included.

Does Dayrize deliver outside the UK?

Not yet, but we are working on sustainable ways of shipping internationally.

Why does my order have multiple delivery fees?

All our products are delivered directly from our partners. During the checkout process, you will be able to choose the delivery method of your choice (note: delivery method and price may vary by partner).

Why do my products arrive in different parcels at different times?

As a marketplace, we have multiple partners offering their products on our platform. As each product is shipped directly from our partners, if you have ordered products from different partners, your items will arrive separate.

Payment and Pricing

What payment methods does Dayrize accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

My payment has been declined. What should I do?

Sometimes your bank may have set restrictions, in this case we encourage you to reach out to your bank provider. If everything appears in order and you still cannot proceed please contact us via customercare@dayrize.com.

Are my payment details/data secure?

Yes, our website is secured with SSL certificates and our checkout integrates directly with our payment services provider.

Does the price of a product include delivery fees?

The product prices shown are excluding delivery fees. During checkout the final price including delivery fees will be calculated.

Where can I find my invoice?

Invoices will be sent from our partners as part of your delivery. If you cannot find your invoice, please contact us at customercare@dayrize.com.

Returns and Refund

What is the return policy?

If you want to return a product, you will need to notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. If the product is eligible for a refund, you have an additional 14 days to return the parcel to our partner. Please contact us at customercare@dayrize.com for more information on how to return a product.

How can I return an item?

Please send an email to customercare@dayrize.com and we'll get back in no time to explain what to do. All returns are reviewed and processed manually to guarantee a great customer experience.

How do I pack my item for a return?

When returning items, please neatly return every product in its original (undamaged) packaging. If you are returning liquids, gels, creams, etc. please wrap them securely and seal the packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

Once our partner has approved your return we will process your refund right away.

Are delivery costs refunded on a full order return?

When returning products, Dayrize will refund the total amount of your order plus shipping; provided that the entire order is returned.
If one or more products will not be returned, Dayrize will not be able to refund the initial shipping costs.

Are delivery costs and charges refunded on a partial order return?

Your delivery costs will not be refunded if only part of the order is returned.

Do I need an account to place an order?

As a customer you don't need a user account. You can use the guest check out option.However, registering an account with Dayrize will allow you to track the positive impact of your purchases as well as making it easier to check out in the future.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

To request a new password, click on the forgot password link and we will send a reset password email to your registered email address.

Can I cancel or change my Dayrize order?

Once your order has been confirmed you are unable to cancel your order. However, we offer free returns within 14 days.
