All our products are delivered directly from our partners. During the checkout process, you will be able to choose the delivery method of your choice (note: delivery method and price may vary by partner). If you order products from multiple brands, your parcels might arrive at different times.

As our Partners choose their own delivery services; the availability of tracking information may vary. If you are very curious about the whereabouts of your parcel, email us at customercare@dayrize.com and we’ll track it down for you!

Missing or incomplete orders

If your order is incomplete, please bear in mind that products may be sent from different locations, so they might arrive separately. You can view your order status online by signing into your account and selecting 'View orders'. At Dayrize we love a good treasure hunt! So, if something is missing… don’t hesitate to contact us at customercare@dayrize.com, we’ll get to the bottom of it!

Damaged and faulty products

Did you receive a damaged or faulty product? (And no, we are not talking about those jeans you want to return after wearing it once to a party and you thought it was a good idea to do the splits.) Please contact us at customercare@dayrize.com and we will either replace the product with a new one, or simply refund you for the faulty or damaged product.
